Why does スマート mean a slender person?

School Rants:
1. Dresner kills me yet again. 3% of my grade...that still leaves me with an A, right? *debates doing next assignment*
2. Rodgers kills me yet again. I didn't finish Genji yet. Do I have to? >.<
3. OMG I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT MY ONLINE CLASS. And now....I'm going to fail. Excuse me wilst I am kicked out of school.

Life Rants:
4. Is it okay to tell your friend to just come out of the closet already?
5. My cat gets her stitches removed, yay!
6. Why does everyone ask me if I have a boyfriend yet? No, I don't. Do I look like I have time for one?

Fandom Rants:
7. There's this drama that I just started downloading. It's called RH+ and it's an AWESOME drama. And not because of the ghei. It's the usual B-class, but it's so cute! I think some of the boys are D-boys or part of the newer Tenimyu casts (the ones I don't know). But I swear I know Kiyoi. Is he from Himitsu no Hanazono? I'm not sure. Anyway, the story is about four hot vampires living together in the Eternal Moon Mannor. It revolves around Makoto, a 16 yr. old vampire who looks a lot like Junichi and Oguri Shun (maybe another love child?!) They go around solving cases for the mysterious "Mister" who I believe we get to see in later episodes. I've only got the two episodes that are subbed, but I'm going to see if I can get the raws or something because it got me hook, line, and sinker.
8. Again I am killed by a fanfic. It's called 'The Shades of Ianto' by sarcasticchick. Novel length fanfic about Ianto outside of the shows. It really makes you feel like it could be what we're missing from the eppies. I'm not quite done with it. It's a really long one and I've been at it for a few days, careful not to stay up too long because of due essays and studying and the occasional Nya. It's well worth the read and her Marty-Stus are not at all irritating, but pliable characters that match the setting and make you love them (or hate them in Ms. White's case) for being there. Too bad this isn't the real Torchwood!verse, because dare I say it's better than Ianto being just a plain old 'tea-boy'.
9. Trying to get back into fandoms are hard. Especially when you don't have the time or internet for it *sighsigh* I wonder if I can convince my mom to get me satalite today....*wonder*
10. I still have this weird urge to watch Bleach and PoT....DID YOU KNOW THEY ARE AT SEMIFINALS ALREADY?! *dies for being so out of the loop* you would think I would at least TRY and keep up...I'm already 10 books behind in collecting the manga (the japanese one, but that's because Harajuku Book-Off was being renovated *sad*)
